Modern sales teams work across an increasingly complex ecosystem. Their CRM holds customer data and commercial context. Data providers help them identify and enrich prospects. Sales engagement platforms power outreach. And third-party platforms provide environments where professionals discover companies, people and opportunities.
Surfe’s Side Panel is built for this reality.
The Side Panel is an independent Surfe interface within Chrome, designed to connect these different parts of the sales workflow without forcing reps to constantly move between tools. Surfe connects directly to the systems businesses already rely on (their CRM, enrichment providers and sales engagement tools). The result is a faster and more responsible way to prospect.
The Side Panel gives sales teams immediate access to Surfe’s data and enrichment capabilities while they work in their browser. Contact and company information is sourced and enriched through Surfe’s data infrastructure and enrichment providers, while customer records and sales activity are synced directly from the user’s CRM.
With Surfe’s Side Panel, users can:
Surfe integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive, as well as sales engagement platforms including Outreach, Salesloft and Lemlist.
This means sales teams can keep their CRM at the center of their workflow while using Surfe to connect data, intelligence and action.
Sales productivity should not come at the expense of responsible technology practices.
As sales technology becomes more interconnected, vendors have a responsibility to be thoughtful about the different platforms involved in a salesperson’s workflow and the role each of those platforms plays.
Surfe’s Side Panel has therefore been designed as its own independent product experience, with its own interface, data infrastructure and integrations.
Its role is simple: help salespeople connect the information and tools they are authorized to use, enrich that information through Surfe’s data providers, and turn it into structured action inside their CRM and sales stack.
That architecture also gives Surfe greater control over the quality, reliability and performance of the experience we provide to customers.
Feedback from Surfe customers has reinforced the value of bringing these workflows together in one place.
Users have highlighted improvements in speed, efficiency and the quality of their day-to-day prospecting.
“After using the new Surfe Side Panel, I noticed that finding contact details is faster for me, and I have also seen higher conversion.”

Our focus from here is on continuing to improve the areas where Surfe can create the most value: faster workflows, richer data and intelligence, deeper CRM integrations, and a more seamless path from identifying the right prospect to creating an opportunity.
The future of sales prospecting is not about adding more disconnected tools.
It is about connecting the right systems responsibly: keeping the CRM at the heart of the workflow, using trusted enrichment infrastructure to provide actionable data, and giving salespeople a fast, independent workspace to put that information to work.
That is what the Surfe Side Panel is built to do.
